What is our goal?

Our Antibody-Drug Conjugate (ADC) Discovery team, part of Research and Early Development division, lays the foundation for successful ADC therapies by addressing key scientific and strategic challenges at the outset of the drug development process. In the initial phase we support identification of an optimal target or target pair, prioritization of promising hits, their experimental characterization and validation using scientific literature research, public preclinical data review and in-house in vitro functional assays. Once a preclinical project is launched, we evaluate and optimize antibody properties, ADC efficacy and mechanism of action, providing essential data for clinical candidate selection and regulatory submissions

What working in the ADC Discovery team at Sotio Biotech brings to you?

📌 Purposeful work that can ultimately contribute to improving the lives of cancer patients

📌 Meaningful work with a direct practical real-world application
