Junior Scientist in Pharmacokinetics

You will work with a team focused on the development of IL-15 and antibody-based novel immunotherapies for treatment of cancer patients. The Pharmacokinetic team is looking for highly motivated colleagues for Junior Scientist positions to support our preclinical development activities. You as a motivated and pro-active Junior Scientist will be involved in the development and execution of in vitro assays aiming at pharmacokinetic characterization of new molecules.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and execute pharmacokinetic and other in vitro testing and provide appropriate experimental documentation (protocols, reports, summary presentations in English)
• Conduct experiments using defined laboratory methods, namely:
  • o ELISA (pharmacokinetic drug profile, anti-drug antibodies detection)
  • o Potency, neutralizing and other functional in vitro cell-based assays
  • o Immunofluorescence (Flow cytometric analyses)
• Work under aseptic conditions with biological samples (cell cultures)
• Work in an integrated project team and consult with subject matter experts as necessary

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• MSc. degree in Biology or Biochemistry
• Experience with cellular in vitro test systems, cell cultures
• Experience with ELISA method
• Reliability in experimental work and reproducibility, paying high attention to details
• Ability to learn and adopt new laboratory skills
• Fluent written and spoken English (B2 level minimum)
