IT/Process analyst

Position summary

  • functional and system analysis of entrusted applications and IT systems
  • complex overview of the entrusted applications and IT systems, including operation participation and maintenance
  • preparation of inputs for development (internal and external) and validation of developed functions (requirements documentation, cooperation with the test team)
  • cooperation with the mapping of business processes across the company and companies in the group
  • communication and coordination of project activities with suppliers
  • coordination of internal employees and external (supplier) participants

Key activities

  • close cooperation with representatives of other departments of the company, understanding of their work procedures and current and future needs and translating this knowledge into assignments for development teams
  • cooperation within the IT team - coordination with other analysts, testers and IT administrators
  • communication at technical level with IT representatives and at "non-technical" level with business representatives of other departments
  • documentation of business requirements and their visualization not only in process maps
  • mapping, analysis and description of data exchange between systems - systems integration
  • managing / communicating the status of all work related to the agenda entrusted to the IT director
  • coordination of internal and external participants in the processes, including control the defined timetable and budget of the activities
  • solving issues and changes within the assigned tasks and agenda

  • preparation of documents and presentations for the company's management
  • participation in technological projects related to system and application upgrades

Competences, skills

  • high level of expertise and practical experience in the field of business analysis / business process analysis during the 2 – 4 years
  • knowledge of IT project methodology
  • experience in the role of coordination / project management
  • knowledge of business process modelling (BPMN) and UML
  • knowledge of ERP system Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central  is an advantage
  • analytical thinking
  • independence and ability to see things in a broader context
  • communicativeness, negotiation skills, ability to argue and the ability to stand up for the preferred solution
  • ability and willingness to work in a team
  • experience in leading meetings and workshops
  • "client" and results orientation, friendly dealings and interest in fulfilling company goals
  • previous experience in biotechnology / pharmacology is an advantage
  • knowledge of GAMP 5 / GCP is an advantage
  • very good knowledge of English and Czech (written and spoken form)
  • knowledge of czech language is essential
